SMSLaser Policy Statement: Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing SMSLaser. We are committed to providing you with high-quality laser devices and exceptional customer service. To protect your rights, please carefully read the following policy before making a purchase.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requestsย within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. Return Conditions

  • Unused Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition.

  • Original Packaging: The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

  • Proof of Purchase: A purchase receipt and order number are required.

2. Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Please email us at support@smslaser.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). Any packages returned without prior authorization will be refused.

  2. Packaging and Shipment: Please clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and return the product using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Shipping Costs: Unless the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Refunds and Fees

  • Inspection: Once the return is received, we will inspect the item within 3โ€“5 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: For returns not involving a quality issue (e.g., customer changes mind), SMSLaser will apply a 10% restocking fee based on the product price to cover the costs of inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.

    • Note: We do not charge a restocking fee for unopened products! The customer is only responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Refund Processing: Once the refund is approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment account. Bank processing may require an additional 5 business days.

  • Shipping Non-Refundable: Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.


Special Note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used products unless there is a verifiable quality issue/defect.
